All patterns come with a licensing agreement. Upon purchasing, you are agreeing to the following: 
1. All items made from this pattern for resale are to be handmade by you. If you plan on contracting the production of this pattern, you must obtain a commercial licensing agreement from me.
2. Distribution of the pattern itself in electronic or printed form is expressly prohibited. If someone would like the pattern, please have them purchase the pattern directly from me.
3. Using this pattern to derive your own pattern for sale is expressly prohibited.
4. I will not collect royalty if you would like to sell the items, just as long as your online and in-person descriptions/info/etc, you must include wording: "made from a Ni-Chern Designs pattern."
